Who I Am

Dan Kenary
M.S. Exercise & Sport Science
Committed to extracting the untapped potential in others.


My name is Dan Kenary and I have created a simple, methodical approach to help you meet your fitness ambitions. Coaching in the Strength & Conditioning industry has been an amazing experience. I have met and trained amazing people throughout my early career; but what gives me fulfillment, is witnessing people adopt healthier life style and performing to their standard. Developing the athletic talent of athletes started in the private sector at Worcester Sports Performance. My transition into the collegiate field started as becoming an intern for Stonehill College S&C for 2 years while attaining my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. I earned the privilege to coach (graduate assistant) at Boston College in which I lead, designed, and implemented strength programs for: M/W Track & Field, W. Rowing, and M XC. While coaching at Boston College, I received my Exercise & Sport Science Master’s Degree from Merrimack College.

I understand the letters behind my name does not mean I know everything; it just means I have to write more. As a trainer, I hope I can educate you throughout the process of taking on my practice. I am here to teach you to become independent, so you can train yourself, and become self-reliant in your training.

Graduate Assistant

  • Design and implement strength programs for: W/M. Track & Field, W. Rowing, and M. Cross Country

  • Test and evaluate primarily for: M./W. Track & Field, W. Rowing, and M. Cross Country

  • Assist with testing and strength programs for: M./W. Soccer, M./W. Ice Hockey, M./W. Basketball, Baseball, and all other Olympic sports

  • Design and implement an in-season strength program for a NWHL Player - Makenna Newkirk

  • Manage nutrition station providing healthy options for athletes pre and post training

  • Assisted Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for M. Ice Hockey, Football, and W. Softball and all 20 Division II teams
